In these moments, your dog only deserves the best! With the Joy-Dog Hundezentrum you are in the right place. Your furry friend is taken care of by two dog trainers, 24 hours a day. Our dogs are spending all day in the pack and are kept busy with meaningful activities, endless fun and games in our big outdoor area and on the pack walks. Your doggie will fall asleep in the evening, full of exciting experiences. Having made new friends for life, improving their canine communication and hopefully having learned a thing or two.

Your dog must get along well with other dogs and people.

All dogs have to have good off-leash recall.

Minimum age for our daycare/boarding service is 6 months.

Male dogs must be neutered.

Unfortunately, we cannot take care of females in heat.

Monday - Sunday
Drop-off time: 6:30 am - 8:00 am
Pick-up time: 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

The dogs are actively supervised by either Patrick or René throughout the entire day and, depending on the weather, we are outside for about 6-9 hours a day.

Our large dog rooms each have 5 dog beds with blankets. Therefore, a dog room is never occupied by more than 5 dogs that get along well.

We live one floor above our furry family members, which means we hear every little complaint by them, even at night.

All dogs that have great recall off leash are guaranteed to be taken on at least 1 pack walk per day.
Test Day Schedule (Mon - Fri)
For the test day, drop-off time is at 8:05 am, so we still have about 10 minutes to show you and your dog our facility, to get to know each other, and to answer any questions you may have.
After that, your dog will spend the whole day with us in the pack (see daily schedule above). We will observe your pup throughout the day to see whether they like it with us, fit into our pack, are able to behave calmly in the dog rooms with their friends and if they have good recall on the pack walks.
Lastly, you can pick up your doggie between 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. We will give you a detailed and honest feedback on whether the test day has been passed or not and what could possibly be improved.
Dog pictures/videos
Monday through Friday we take free pictures and videos of all the dogs in our pack, and publish them on Facebook and Instagram on Wednesday & Friday. This service is primarily intended as an update for customers who have treated their furry family member to a longer stay with us.
How often and how the dogs are photographed, depends heavily on the behavior of the dog, so unfortunately not all dogs will be equally in the spotlight. The photos and videos will only be published on our social media channels and can unfortunately not be sent individually to customers.
You are a "regular customer" if you fulfill the 1st OR 2nd requirement:
1st Requirement:
Deposit of CHF 550.- for customer credit (Valid for 6 months - at least 2 bookings per month)
2nd Requirement:
More than 40 overnight bookings in the previous or current calendar year.
